Notes to the rental rates
25% deposit payable on reservation.   Full balance payable 8 weeks before departure (if late booking full balance required please at time of reservation).   £200 damage and key deposit payable with full balance and fully refundable provided the key is returned (two sets can be provided if needed for an extra £50 deposit) and there is no damage.   Welcome pack and mid week cleaning can be provided at extra cost.
