The kitchen is extremely well appointed with Bosch dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, ironing board with iron, etc. There is a laundry room off the kitchen containing a Bosch washing machine and full size dryer, together with a laundry drying rack.

The whole apartment is air conditioned for your comfort but is also has heating for the “winter” months.   There is the added security of a video entrance telephone, which allows you to “buzz” your guests through the main gate.  Both the bedrooms have roller shutters for keeping the rooms cool during the day.
